Healthy Chocolate Shake!

As a self-proclaimed chocoholic, I am constantly looking for healthier options to the originals. Eating healthier and leading a more active lifestyle doesn’t take away chocolate cravings!
I came up with a Healthy Chocolate Shake. It’s pretty simple & after a few experiments, this came out just right!
The best thing about it is that you feel like you are having a regular chocolate shake, but, you are actually having a healthy alternative! Every ingredient here will help you on your warrior way.
300ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 Ice Cubes
I tossed all my ingredients into my mini blender for about 30 seconds and that was it! The banana helps make the shake have a creamy consistency just like a shake. The chia seeds and oats helps give you complex carbs and protein that makes this drink something I like to start off my day with. You can totally add a scoop of your favorite powder protein in here too for an extra kick of protein. What makes chocolate shakes like this fun is you can customize to meet your nutritional needs!
