Who doesn’t love a delicious dessert? I sure do! I had the worst craving for a cool dessert the other day and I just made this up – that is the awesome thing about pursuing a healthy lifestyle – once you get the hang of it, you just go with the flow!
What you’ll need:
8 oz non-fat greek yogurt (I use Chobani = 140 calories)
1 banana = ~105 calories
Whipped cream (I used Hood – serving size 2tbsp = 20 calories)
12g PB2 (it’s powdered peanut butter – 2tbsp = 45 calories vs. regular peanut butter that has about 190 for 2tbsp)
Total estimated calories = 310 and about 29grams of protein!
What you need to do to hook this up!
1. Mix the PB2 with the Greek yogurt
2. Smash the banana into the PB yogurt mix
3. Put into your glass/container
4. Put some whipped cream on top
