Some people have been asking about meal prep and how I mentioned that I batch cook food and just mix the ingredients together to give myself perceived variety. The snapshot above is an early example of what I would come up with.
I made a package of ground beef (used 97/3), seasoned with minced garlic, lemon, and cilantro over a pan set to medium heat. I made different batches of veggies – brussel sprouts, asparagus, and broccoli and set up the tupperware.
The top left of the picture is actually pan-grilled tilapia. Believe it or not, I only used mustard for flavoring and it tasted awesome! Mustard has 0 calories and I used 1 tablespoon of honey to mix it in. It literally mixes like honey mustard with just the raw ingredients and I was all set. Sometimes, it is just experimenting, folks!
