Quick, simple, right to the point and delicious.
What you need:
Brussel sprouts – I just buy a package at a local grocery store
Olive oil spray
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Split your brussel sprouts into two – cutting the bottom off is completely optional. Sometimes I keep it on and other times I chop it off too. Set a pan to medium heat over your stove top. Once hot, use a little bit of the olive oil spray to line your pan. Put the brussel sprouts on the pan, flat side facing the pan. Spray lightly the top of the brussel sprouts, sprinkle garlic powder and pink sea salt. Wait 5 minutes and flip them each over. I like the outside to be a little crispy so I look for the browning crisp to know they are good for me. Stick a fork into the brussel sprout and it should easily slide in and out. That’s when you know they are ready!
Takes less than 10 minutes to make these and they’re delish!
